Energy rehabilitation

HM Hotels, in its commitment to the fight against climate change, improving sustainability, and developing more responsible tourism, has implemented various actions at HM Mar Blau hotel. These actions include replacing hot water and air conditioning pipes with new, better insulated pipes and installing energy and water consumption monitoring systems. These actions have benefited from a grant under the de minimis Aid scheme for granting subsidies to finance projects to improve energy efficiency and circular economy at tourist establishments, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union Next Generation EU. Subsidized amount: 222.819,98€

Instalaciones fotovoltaicas

El grupo HM Hotels, en su compromiso con la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia energética, ha ejecutado un conjunto instalaciones fotovoltaicas destinadas a reducir su impacto ambiental y fomentar el uso de energías renovables en sus establecimientos. Permitiendo una mayor autonomía energética y una disminución significativa de emisiones de CO.
Las instalaciones subvencionadas son: con 96,96 kWp de potencia instalada, una inversión de 86089.27€ y una ayuda de 31.006,50 €.

Renewable Heating System (RD 1124/2021)

ROYAL CLUB MILLOR SL, as part of its commitment to reducing CO2 emissions and helping to curb global warming, has installed a new air-source heat pump and a high-temperature water-source heat pump with a total installed capacity of 560.10 kW for air conditioning and heating at the Mar Blau hotel. The installation represented a total investment of €288,845.10 and received a grant of €97,214.45 from the NEXT Generation funds under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union.
