Located on one of our terraces, our swimming pool is an urban oasis. Open from 10.00 am to 8.30 pm.

Put yourself in the hands of our team of professionals and treat yourself to our Spa circuit, or get in shape in our 24-hour gym totally equipped gym. It includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, 2 massage rooms, steam room and sauna, as well as a fully-equipped 24-hour gym to rest your mind, strengthen your body and achieve wellness.

Restaurant Aromata

In our Aromata restaurant, renowned Michelin-starred chef Andreu Genestra brings to HM Palma Blanc his avant-garde Mallorcan cuisine, awarded with a Sol from the Repsol Guide. Here, you can enjoy a unique, authentic and flavorful dining experience. Aromata stands out for integrating fresh products from our own urban garden in each of its dishes, creating a direct connection between the earth and the table. Its intimate and exclusive atmosphere is designed to make every meal a memorable experience. The lunch menu offers seasonal options such as jonquillo, esclatasangs and raors, while at dinner you can discover the purest essence of Genestra’s cuisine.
Breakfast (BUFFET): Start the day with energy. Open from 7:30 to 10:30 h.   Lunch: Tuesday to Friday (menu + à la carte) from 13:00h to 14:30h. Saturdays and holidays (tasting menu + à la carte) from 13:00h to 14:30h.   Dinner (Tasting Menu + Menu): Savour Mallorcan gastronomy in our restaurant. Open from 19:30h to 21:00h.   Snack (Menu): Skybar, Lobby tables, patio and garden – from 11:00h to 19:00h. Snacks (à la carte): Roomservice from 11:00h to 22:30h.

In our Lobby bar you can enjoy a wide range of drinks while you relax in an elegant and cosy atmosphere. Open from 9 am to 11 pm.

Solar self-consumption

As part of its commitment to reducing CO2 emissions and helping to curb global warming, HM has installed a 27,3 KWp solar installation at HM Palma Blanc hotel. This installation is expected to generate 41 MWh of renewable energy, which will cover part of the hotel’s electricity demand and reduce CO2 emissions by 20,01 tonnes per year. The installation has been financed with NEXT Generation funds as part of the EU-funded Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
